SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is as per order value (as below),

• For order value below ₹1500: Shipping is ₹100
  
• For order value above ₹1500: Shipping is Free

Shipping Time: Shipping in 3-5 working days

All orders will be ship within 3 to 5 business days, We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive the tracking information and is responsible for tracking their shipment. TURIYAM SOAPS is not responsible for theft in case of incorrect delivery. Make sure you update the correct shipping address while you check out. YOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF YOUR SHIPMENT, If your tracking shows the package is delivered and if you claim the package was not delivered we cannot file a claim with the shipping company - Hence we will not be able to refund or replace your purchase.
